League of Legends Week 10: Map Control and Objectives
League map control is built from waves, vision, towers, jungle entrances, objective timers, and side-lane pressure. Teams do not simply walk to objectives. They prepare the map first.
Objective Setup
Before dragon or Baron, ask: Which lanes have priority? Where is vision placed? Which enemy wards must be cleared? Who can arrive first? What are the item and summoner spell states?
Worked Example
A team starts dragon while mid wave is pushed against them and river vision is dark. The opponent collapses first. A better plan pushes mid, places control wards, clears river, then starts or baits the objective.
Evidence Task
Draw an objective setup diagram showing lane priority, ward locations, enemy threat paths, and the team's safest entry.
Review Check
A League objective plan begins before the objective spawns.
