Valorant Week 11: Comms for Tactical Rounds

Valorant comms must be fast and precise because a late call can lose the round. Useful calls include location, agent, numbers, damage, utility, spike status, flank, rotation, and economy plan.

Clean Call Format

Use short phrases: "Two A main, Sova drone used, spike seen." That is better than "they're all here" when only two players were confirmed. Avoid overclaiming. Confirmed information and assumptions should sound different.

Worked Example

Weak call: "They're B!"

Stronger call: "Spike heard B main, two confirmed, smoke down, rotate one but keep mid watched." The stronger call protects against a fake and gives the team a response.

Evidence Task

Write five Valorant callouts: one location call, one utility call, one spike call, one rotate call, and one save or buy call.

Review Check

A good Valorant call gives teammates enough information to move, hold, rotate, save, or trade.
