Week 07: Forces, Axes, and Stability
This week, you will build flight force and axis trace for a bounded Drone Engineering scenario. The work stays in classroom-safe analysis, supplied evidence, simulation, planning, and documentation. It does not authorize real flight or unsupervised hardware work.
The engineering problem
A drone drifts and yaws during a hover in a simulation replay.
The core idea is that flight motion becomes understandable when you name the axis before you explain the behavior. Students will connect that idea to roll, pitch, and yaw describe rotation while lift, weight, thrust, and drag describe forces acting on the aircraft.
