Your Week 11 log should answer one question:

What changed the mission-readiness decision after we considered the real environment and the people operating in it?

Weather margin

Record one weather variable from the supplied scenario:

• current condition;
• approved classroom/manufacturer/team limit from the packet;
• remaining margin;
• stop condition.

Explain why being barely inside a limit is not the same thing as having comfortable operating margin.

Site-change note

Document one dynamic site hazard:

• person or vehicle entering the area;
• obstacle/recovery-area change;
• building-induced wind concern;
• visual obstruction;
• another supplied site change.

Write what part of the mission plan it invalidates or forces you to reconsider.

Crew authority map

For three crew functions, record:

Then identify who holds the final go/no-go authority under the classroom scenario.

Briefing challenge

Write the strongest challenge question another reviewer asked—or should have asked—about your mission.

Then answer it with evidence.

Final disposition

Choose:

• proceed to next approved stage;
• revise;
• delay and recheck;
• no-go.

Name the single gate or margin that controlled your recommendation.

Exit standard

A strong Week 11 log shows that readiness is not frozen at planning time. Weather, site occupancy, crew state, and recovery conditions remain live inputs until the operation is over.
