Finish this compressed slot with one card containing:

• topic and message type;
• relevant field and unit;
• publisher/subscriber evidence;
• QoS evidence available to you;
• one observed or supplied message;
• one compatibility conclusion;
• one missing integration claim between ROS and Java;
• one unsupported physical-robot claim.

The goal is not to reteach topics. It is to prove you can read ROS runtime evidence precisely enough to use it inside a cross-layer robotics investigation.
