Week 06: Careers, Production, Coaching, and Event Operations
An esports event is not built by players alone. People plan the show, run equipment, observe play, explain decisions, protect conduct, track results, and make sure a delayed match does not turn into confusion. This week turns those jobs into visible work students can inspect and try.
| Lesson | Question | Student evidence |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Which role solves the problem I care about? | Role-to-artifact match |
| 2 | How does a broadcast become a coordinated system? | Scene and handoff plan |
| 3 | How do coaching and analysis turn a match into a better next attempt? | Evidence-to-practice note |
| 4 | What must happen before an event can run fairly? | Small event runbook |
This week’s operating principle
Interest becomes useful when it produces reliable evidence someone else can inspect.
The Lesson tab carries the instruction. Concept Flows clarify each role system, Game Theory asks students to make a short operational decision, and Explore remains optional enrichment. No external account, live match, or public broadcast is required.
