Week 07: Competitive Rules, Fairness, and Match Design
Before a competition has a winner, it needs conditions people can inspect. This week asks students to design a small, game-neutral event system: fair entry conditions, a score that means something, a format that fits the day, and a dispute path that does not become a public argument.
| Lesson | Question | Student evidence |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | What conditions make a result worth trusting? | Fairness check |
| 2 | How does a score decide the right thing? | Win-condition card |
| 3 | Which format fits the event we actually have? | Format-and-schedule decision |
| 4 | What happens when a result is questioned? | Factual dispute report |
A fair result is built before it is announced.
No title, account, live match, or external video is needed. Students use shared scenarios and artifacts; the supporting tabs clarify the system rather than replacing instruction.
