Week 09 · reflection
Team Operating Agreement Reflection
Submit one team operating agreement. The artifact should prove that the team can define roles, make pressure decisions, repair missed commitments, and protect participation.
Required sections
1. Role charter
Choose four roles. For each role, list responsibility, authority, handoff, limit, and evidence artifact.
2. Call protocol
Describe one pressure moment. Name who may provide information, who decides, who confirms, and who records evidence for review.
3. Accountability agreement
Write one agreement with behavior, owner, time, evidence, and repair action.
4. Inclusion check
Write one participation rule, one respectful communication rule, and one adult escalation condition.
5. Limitation
Write what your agreement does not prove.
Examples:
- It does not prove the team will execute perfectly in a live event.
- It does not replace adult supervision for serious conduct issues.
- It does not solve every role conflict without review.
Final response
Finish these sentences:
- The role most likely to be misunderstood is...
- The clearest decision rule in our agreement is...
- The repair action I would keep is...
Your reflection is complete when the reader can see how the team operates before, during, and after a pressure moment.
