Week 08 · reflection
Practice Evidence Reflection
Submit a short practice evidence packet. This is not a journal entry about whether practice felt good. It is a record another teammate could inspect.
Required sections
1. Practice target
Name one observable behavior you tried to improve.
Example:
The caller gives the rotate or hold decision before the first teammate leaves position.
2. Evidence record
List three attempts. For each attempt, write what happened and what evidence you used.
| Attempt | What happened | Evidence |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | ||
| 2 | ||
| 3 |
3. Adjustment
Name one change you made after reviewing the evidence. Explain why that change matched the record.
4. Boundary
Name one healthy performance boundary that protected time, recovery, access, or respectful communication.
5. Limitation
Write one thing your evidence does not prove.
Examples:
- This does not prove the team would perform the same way in a live match.
- This does not prove every player has equal access outside school.
- This does not prove the goal is solved permanently.
Final response
Finish these sentences:
- The evidence that mattered most was...
- My adjustment was...
- The boundary I would keep next time is...
Your reflection is complete when the reader can see the target, the attempts, the adjustment, and the limit of your evidence.
