Evidence Dossier

A capstone dossier is the organized proof that your esports plan can operate. It should not be a pile of disconnected files. It should tell the story of the program, event, or team system.

Required Evidence

Include purpose, audience, role chart, communication protocol, operations plan, rules, risk register, production or moderation plan, and review process. Each artifact should answer one question: how does this make the program safer, fairer, clearer, or more effective?

Worked Example

A bracket alone does not prove event readiness. A dossier with bracket rules, result reporting, dispute process, run-of-show, and contingency plan does.

Artifact: Dossier Index

Create an index listing every artifact, its owner, and the decision it supports.

Common Failure

Do not include artifacts just because they exist. Remove anything that does not support the defense.

Check

A reviewer should be able to trace each major decision to evidence.
